In the present madness that is the housing market, we were able to attain our first home, all thanks to the guidance and resilience of Andi. Through the many unaccepted offers, she kept pushing us forward towards the finish line. She was always super honest and realistic with us about market conditions so, we were always in the loop. Being first-time home buyers, we had a ton of questions that she always answered promptly. Andi was always available for a phone call or text message. We truly felt prioritized. She walked us through all the lender paperwork, when we had any questions regarding our loan, she would always figure it out for us and get back to us asap. Where Andi transitions from agent to family is when on moving day, she arrived at our home early and helped the seller move to make sure that we would move in on time! She even stuck around to make sure everything was as it should be and helped us clean up. I will forever be grateful to Andi for helping us navigate in these waters but not only navigate in them, making it as easy as it could be!

She listened to all of our needs and worked to help us find the perfect property. Andi was available at all times to help answer any questions we had and went through the entire process step by step. She made sure we were comfortable with every decision and walked us through every part of the contracts and terms making sure we understood all the parts of the process. This was my first time buying a home and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better agent. From the first moment I met her, I knew that I was in good hands. She's professional, knowledgeable, witty and punctual as heck. She made time to answer my questions no matter what time of the day or night it was. To top it off, I can honestly say that she had my best interest at heart. There was a moment or two where I was hesistant in going through with an offer and she reminded me that I was absolutely not obligated to move forward if I wasn't 100% satisfied with the property. I really wasn't sure what would happen at the end of this home buying experience. But it's been thoroughly a pleasant and smooth ride, aside from the mountains of documents that you have to deal with. What more can I say. She deserves 5/5 Stars, and I will definitely do business with her in the future.
