For Andi Dyer, real estate isn’t just a profession—it’s a legacy. As a second-generation REALTOR®, she brings decades of perspective shaped by a family immersed in real estate, alongside more than 15 years of her own hands-on expertise. Serving the vibrant communities of Bellingham and the greater Whatcom County area, Andi is dedicated to helping clients craft their financial legacy through thoughtful, strategic real estate investments. Her business is built on integrity, clear communication, and expert negotiation—principles that ensure every step of the journey is both seamless and empowering.
With a foundation in Business Management (BA), Andi has developed a client-first approach that blends data-driven strategy with a personal touch. She believes real estate is more than transactions—it’s about building wealth, opportunity, and a lasting sense of place. This vision is captured in her guiding principle: “Craft Your Financial Legacy with Expert Guidance.”
Distinguished among the top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Andi goes beyond simply closing deals. She secures optimal outcomes and positions her clients for long-term success. Her advanced training through the Washington REALTORS® Leadership Academy and Leadership Whatcom has sharpened her leadership skills and strengthened her understanding of Whatcom County’s unique economic and cultural landscape. Combined with her deep local network, these experiences allow her to offer insider knowledge and connections that amplify results for her clients.
Andi’s impact extends well beyond the closing table. She has served in leadership roles across a wide range of organizations, including the Whatcom Housing Alliance, Whatcom Women in Business, the Whatcom County Association of REALTORS®, the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce, the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce, and Sustainable Connections. Her commitment to community is as strong as her commitment to her clients, and she is proud to sponsor initiatives such as the Professional Woman of the Year Award, celebrating the achievements of exceptional women in Whatcom County.
A major investor in RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee), Andi actively supports advocacy efforts that protect and advance the real estate profession and the rights of property owners. Her leadership in this space reflects her belief that strong advocacy and engaged professionals create stronger communities.
Her dedication to service also reaches across the globe. In 2005, Andi co-founded the Dyer Family Friendship School in Cambodia. What began as a single-room structure has grown into a 6,500-square-foot hub equipped with computers, a vegetable garden, and access to clean water. Today, the school serves one hundred students, transforming lives while fostering a healthier and more sustainable community. For Andi, this work mirrors her philosophy in real estate: creating environments where people can thrive for generations to come.
Andi’s worldview has been enriched by travel to more than 40 countries—from the lush rainforests of Borneo to the ancient wonders of Peru, the serene coastlines of Costa Rica, and the bustling streets of India. These experiences give her a broad perspective, cultural insight, and a deep appreciation for what makes each place unique—all qualities she brings back to her work in Whatcom County.
Whether buying, selling, or investing, clients turn to Andi Dyer for the expertise, integrity, and vision needed to transform real estate goals into lasting legacies. She stands ready to guide every step of the journey with insight, strategy, and unwavering commitment.
