We were first time home buyers in texas. This realtor was helpful. If she didn't know something she usually got us an answer same day. She helped us negotiate. And get a house within our budget and in a good neighborhood. Went above and beyond by helping us with things that were not part of her job line getting us a list of things we should do after buying the home. And will still work with us in the future to help us protest taxes as needed. Would recommend to a friend. Oh and she did all this while being late in pregnancy and even after labor was still helping us buy the house. She's a hard worker.

I've bought and sold dozens of houses throughout the country, and this one was by far the most challenging. I know with certainty this transaction would not have been possible with any other agent. Andi was instrumental in helping me sell this house in every way. It was only a $268k transaction, but she treated it like it was a million dollar sale. -she helped me source contractors to help me finish the updates -the house got burglarized and vandalized right after it got staged, and since I'm from out of state, Andi was the point-woman who dealt with the police on multiple occasions (it was burglarized twice!) -Andi arranged for contractors to come back to fix issues related to the burglaries -Andi negotiated the best possible deal -When the buyer's lender gave him problems, Andi's husband came to the rescue (he's a lender/broker) and closed on a loan that traditional banks wouldn't approve of. This was my last house to sell in Lubbock, but if I had more houses to buy or sell, I'd definitely use Andi again. She's amazing!
