From the commencement of this endeavor to the day of settlement on my new residence, two years and eight months in the making, Anderson Inniss’ level of professionalism and knowledge has been stellar. Through the unprecedented intrusion of COVID-19, the housing market highs and lows and the economic twist and turns, Mr. Inniss never wavered in his determination to provide his expertise along with a truck load of patience which he conveyed effortlessly. It has been like a roller coaster ride, one which gains your excitement at the beginning and then as the ride becomes unruly you experience regrets and would like very much to disengage – call it quits/no more. It was at these intervals that Anderson’s years of experience were instrumental in refining a strategy for maneuvering the housing market challenges, to put it kindly, and keeping me from throwing in the towel, on numerous occasions. As I reflect back on this journey, I must give credit where credit is due. Anderson’s skill for listening attentively and incorporating numerous changes in dimensions, specifications and the most challenging - market conditions was critical in narrowing down the focal points for location and dwelling which lead to a favorable outcome.
