During my wife and I planning for retirement relocation after the military in 2017, Anastacia was an incredible asset to have in our future planning to relocate to the Jacksonville, FL area. For almost a year (2016-2017), we communicated long distance with Anastacia in regards to what we wanted in a retirement home fit for two military retirees and their two young children who where more than ready to settle down. At times, my wife and I were very pasrticular in what we wanted in a home for us and our two young children. Anastacia was incredibly patient in our wants, desires, and demands in a home as well as what type of communicate we wanted to move in. To say she was instrumental in our decision to go forward with having a home built vice buying an existing one is putting it lightly. Her professionalism, knowledge, and insight of every detail that we wanted helped us decide to go forward with having a home built which we are so in love with. The area and housing community Anastacia recommended to us is all we wanted to be for us and our two young children. I cannot be more pleased with her patient, drive, support, and professionalism through the year long process of us having a retirement home built from the ground up to our specifications. I would more than highly recommend Anastacia as a realtor for anyone moving to the area, especially, military families. Again, her patient and support for our desires was key to helping us have a smooth transition from military life to retirement life. When I first reached out to Anastasia, I was honest and told her that I was "just asking a few questions because I didn't have enough for a down-payment yet." Right off the bat, she explained to me that there were all sorts of programs available to help people buy a home - I had no idea most of the programs even existed. Anastacia listened to what I *thought* I wanted, and showed me a few houses based on what I was thinking. The talent that separates a 'good realtor' from an EXCELLENT realtor is how well she listened to what I was saying as we saw a couple of properties, mentally compiled all my thoughts/comments/concerns, and then suggested going in a slightly different direction.... I instantly fell in love with the house she suggested.I'm proud to say that Anastasia helped me find my DREAM HOUSE!

Anastasia went above and beyond when we purchased a condo. She had to use her phone, on vacation, to put our offer in. Because she did that we were first before it hit the MLS and offer was accepted. I highly recommend her and she will always be my realtor!!

Anastacia has been extremely helpful during our frustrating home buying process. We're small business owners so trying to get a home loan hasn't been the easiest. Anastacia has gone out of her way to find us multiple mortgage options. She's been nothing but patient with us whenever most people would have probably walked away from us. We have to wait a full year before we're able to buy a home. (Thanks lending companies!) But Anastacia is still willing and ready to show us housing options.
