Anastacia is the best!!! She found the perfect home for our family, though it was no easy task for her between me wanting to stay so close to my mom and the wife wanting our first home to be move in ready, no renovations needed. When I first reached out to Anastasia, I was honest and told her that I was "just asking a few questions because I didn't have enough for a down-payment yet." Right off the bat, she explained to me that there were all sorts of programs available to help people buy a home - I had no idea most of the programs even existed. Anastacia listened to what I *thought* I wanted, and showed me a few houses based on what I was thinking.
