The whole process from beginning to end was about 6 weeks. I was in New York most of the time. When I couldn't be there for my unit inspection she was there. When my bank and condo board were moving too slowly, she gave them a shove. When I was having difficulty insuring my unit because some companies were reluctant to write polocies following two hurricanes, she found me companies willing to write and at competive prices.
