I turned to Analia Olas due to a friend's recommendation, and haven't been happier! She was absolutely outstanding on a complex closing of a purchase deal. Analia spent hours researching the desired areas, which included calling associations, looking into city requirements and etc., and providing a detailed update on her findings for multiple potentials. After many changes in direction, Analia was extremely patient, and was able to help narrow down a good location with a minimal turnaround time. After finding the property I now own, she spent countless hours in conversations with the agent, the association, the closing company and myself to allow for a smooth transaction. After a few hiccups from the seller's side, Analia saw the process through, allowing for the proper closing to take place. She has also gone above and beyond to share subsequent contacts for ease of operations. A regular agent experience may be great, but if any complications arise - a highly experienced agent is absolutely necessary to save the stress, late hours and ultimately money - doing everything with the most pleasant energy. This is why I highly recommend Analia out of all the agents I've dealt with. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice person - one would be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
