Anait has been our Real Estate Agent for over 15 years! We trust her and appreciate how hard she works to sell or buy a property for us! She is very organized, knowledgeable, friendly and she gets things done!

We bought our house in 2016 with Anna and sold it in 2021 with Anna, and she went above and beyond for us both times. When we bought the home there were a lot of things we had to fix before we could even move in, and Anna fought to get us credits for massive repairs. We spent the next several years redoing huge things like electrical, roof, solar, etc, and Anna made sure we got every penny back when we sold it. We left a home we loved and took a gamble to move across the country, and with so many things up in the air, it was a constant relief to know that Anna had everything under control so we had nothing to worry about with the sell of the home. I can’t recommend Anna enough. She always treated us like family not clients, and I have nothing but respect for her work ethic. She has left a huge impact on my husband and I, and we will forever be thankful.
