We speak three languages and deal with international clientele on a daily basis. While these international customers are usually savvy investors they may have little knowledge of the local market and home buying procedures in the US. We help fill up the knowledge gap and refer professionals from different fields such as mortgage brokers, immigration attorneys, decorators, and contractors, just to name a few. With business, appraisal and legal backgrounds who later found a passion for real estate, our team has used our experience and entrepreneurship to gain a competitive advantage for our clientele. Anaie was so easy to work with and she helped us find the PERFECT home for our family. She also represented us well and looked out for our interests even at potential detriment to her commission. Great soul and would definitely work with her again.
