I manage to stumble upon Anabella myself as I moved down to the Orange County area for work and was looking to buy my first place. I inquired on one of the places she was actually selling, but the listing had ended. She surprised me with her responsiveness and willingness to talk and help, so I decided to keep her as my realtor to help me find my first place! She was very helpful introducing me to the process of buying a home as it was my first time. Anytime I texted her or emailed her she responded within seemingly a few minutes and her constant communication with me kept me at ease knowing she was completely dedicated. After looking at a couple places, we put in an offer for one and she made sure I knew the process of buying and what I was getting into, and keeping me updated with the timeline of when things needed to get done and when to expect to have things together.
