Ana Sturt was our real estate agent and guided us through the purchase of our new home. Prior to using Ana I investigated a company that provided a cash sale with no showings. I dealt with a well-known company and received an offered $320,000 for home. After all the fees were taken out an inspector came to the house and told us we needed $15,000 in repairs. The final offer would have been $299,000. I then spoke with Ana and explained the process and what they wanted me to do, she took the contract, and went through it explaining the different items to watch out for. She stated if I wanted the most out of our house I should add a few renovations and suggested various contractors. Renovations were made for less than $3500. The house was transformed and I actually had second thoughts about selling it; however every time I went up and down the steps, I was convinced it was time to move. She had a professional photographer photograph the house and completed a 3D video to be placed online. She posted an announcement of coming soon and before the end of the day, we had an offer above the listing price of $329,000. Ana held a 7 hour open house on one day and 19 people toured the house. We ended up with three very strong offers above our listing price. The sale was a quick sale and we signed papers approximately 20 days later. Ana also helped to search for new houses, and worked with listing agents to secure the house we wanted. In completing the pre-inspection of the new house, she found several flaws that needed fixing and followed up to make sure they were done correctly. She setup the closing on the new house within three days of closing on our old house. This made it very easy to utilize the profits from the sale to put down on the new house. There are enough words in the dictionary that can be added to this review that describes Ana’s professionalism, caring, and expertise. I would highly recommend her as I feel that she is one of the top professionals in her field.

Being my first home purchase, I was pleasantly amazed by the process. When I let her know that we were ready to purchase a home Ana was eager and very attentive to learn about the key factors that were important to us in our forever home search. Upon nailing down the search criteria Ana was able to provide us with the listings of homes in the area that we were looking in. Ana was very familiar with the area and was able to suggest additional criteria that we did not think of in our search. She was able to secure showings of homes and suggest homes to look at when they came open on the market. Ana lead us through the most important decision of our life in a time when it was very hard to include the whole family in the home search. My experience with Ana in my purchase exceeded my expectations and gave me a sense of relief knowing that I was going to be taken through the process from searching to closing despite adjusting to the Covid world.
