I wasn’t going to write a review but since I’ve received a request to rate my agent at least three times I will. First of all I had been wanting to sell my home in Stone Oak a desirable area of San Antonio a one story red brick on all sides. I thought my agent should have showed my home to more investors other than one who turned out to be her husband she asked me how much I wanted I not knowing better I gave a low amount of 190,000 she didn’t show me comparables to compare she had her investor meet her at my home (her husband). He agreed to pay what I said I would like she never gave me much advice didn’t show my home to anyone else. I was feeling rushed and like no one was looking out for me she could tell and she assured me she was treating me as she would want her mother treated. So I sold my home to this investor (her husband not knowing he was her husband) as she doesn’t use his last name. I would say if your gut tells you something isn’t right listen to it I wish I had. I used her inspector for the condo I purchased he failed to point out major water damage. After being in my condo a short time I’m talking days I had bugs coming out of the bathroom tile in the shower. I feel Anna was looking out for her own pocket book really didn’t care that I was selling my home since I was a widow of 8 years and couldn’t afford the maintenance on it it wasn’t a short sale I was up to date on my payments I was ready to sell my home and purchase something I could afford and enjoy the rest of my life in. So I had to totally gut the bathroom since it hadn’t been done by a professional water had been going underneath the shower floor and I had mold and bugs to deal with. I don’t feel like Anna should be a realtor at all she’s only looking out for herself. This has been a terrible experience and very costly for me. I hope her mother is never treated this way.
I had already spoken with a number of agents when I met Ana. It was very clear to me she knows the market and she was willing to work hard to earn my business. Ana made recommendations on fixes for the house, recommended contractors, and even managed the process and payment. She gave us very good advice about how to price our home, and did a good gob with the listing. We got a signed contract quickly for more money than we expected. She was on top of negotiations after the inspection and our closing was effortless. I would recommend Ana to anyone looking for a realtor in San Antonio.
