I am the Principal Broker and Founder of POL Realty, a boutique real estate firm located in Miami, Florida. Our firm serves all of South Florida, from Miami to Palm Beach counties, with agents specialized in most of the neighborhoods to provide local expertise to each transaction. As a certified Seller Representative Specialist, Negotiation Specialist, Residential Real Estate Specialist, and Luxury Homes Specialist, I have earned the Guild certification at the Luxury Marketing Institute for our firm's work in the luxury real estate market in the last 10 years. I founded POL Realty in 2007 with one main goal: to differentiate our company from other real estate firms by offering personalized and dedicated attention to meet every client's unique needs and make the buying and selling process smooth and stress-free. Our clients are first-time home buyers, empty nesters, and investors from all over the world. I use my background as a computer engineer to be at the forefront of all the technological tools available to help me better serve my clients. As a seller's agent, I specialize in the strategic planning and research of selling your home in the shortest amount of time, yet for the most amount of money. I educate sellers on the selling process, their immediate market area, the importance of our relationship, and being a team throughout the listing process. I consult on staging of the home, the importance of pricing for the current market, and marketing homes through many different venues to sell. I negotiate the sale of the home on behalf of the sellers and follow it through until the successful closing. As a buying agent, I educate my clients on the home buying process, listen attentively to their needs, wants, goals, and time frame. Then research for those needs, show homes & negotiate the sale of the home on the buyers' behalf, following through for a successful close. We have a close relationship with the major developers in Florida and work with them promoting new developments all through Latin America, working with local real estate advisors organizing events and promoting the projects among the local clients. In my spare time, I am involved in my sons' schools. I have been PTA president at all of their schools, from elementary to high school. My team has organized major fundraisers to bring much-needed funds for our schools. We organized every year a carnival that brought over $60,000 each year to give much-needed improvements to our wonderful schools. I am also a foster parent for dogs from Pets in Distress. We care for rescue dogs while they find their forever home.
