Ana won my heart and my business because of her selflessness. I believed I had a buyer for my Saluda property and was going to do for sale by owner, but I could not find an appraiser due to the high demand earlier this summer. Ana became aware of my situation and, although she stood to gain nothing, helped me find someone to do an appraisal. When that sale did not go through and I decided to list, Ana was the only agent I contacted. Once I engaged Ana for the sale, she did a thorough and considerate job of preparing the listing, getting the house on the market and managing a very hectic showing schedule. Throughout the entire process, Ana and Dori proactively kept me informed of every step and were available to answer questions. They made the process smooth and uneventful, which is particularly important because this was a second home and I do not live in the area. Ana even went to the property twice after the remnants of two hurricanes slammed the area to check on the house and assure me that all was well. They are an amazing team!
