Ana was my agent. She was wonderful. After my mother passed away, I had to sell her house. But I had to fix up the house (as part of my grief process I suppose) before I was ready to let go of the house. Ana was very patient, understanding, and helpful. She found handymen, she helped satisfy (clear away) some ancient violation that was on the town's books, etc. Any problem, she knew what to do and had connections / knew someone who could help get it done.
