By the time Ana took over selling our condo, 2 other agents had tried and 1-1/2 years had passed. Ana made helpful suggestions which truly made a difference. As my title said, Ana thinks outside the box! She kept us totally informed by emailing us every week. If we had any questions, Ana responded in a timely way. Dealing with Ana was a true pleasure!
