Ana and Gida of the King Team above and beyond in knowledge, communication and professionalism. I have bought and sold many properties and to date, Gida far exceeded my expectations in facilitating my recent Gleneagles purchase. She responded to my phone calls, texts and emails in lightning speed with answers and solutions. Thanks to Gida and the King Team, the entire process went smoothly and accurately. I highly recommend them, and it was a pleasure doing business with the King Team. They are Kings!

We are very pleased with having a quick sale of our apartment. The team was super helpful with all the paperwork from beginning the listing to final sale. The service throughout the whole process was excellent.

It was amazing experience in buying this house. Gida was always prompt in returning our calls. She was fair and honest, which made it easier to do business with her. She was gracious and friendly, never being impatient with our many questions and help. We would recomend her to everyone.

Ana King is knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful with all aspects of our purchase. Her advice is sound. She remains accessible. She works hard for her clients.

Our realtors, Gida and Ana were marvelous. They helped us decide on selling price, staging, set up open houses, took photos. They were with us every step of the way. We listed on a Thursday, had first open house on Saturday and a couple said they wanted it. We had signed contract in hand on Monday. From that point on Gida controlled all the inspections and items that followed. It was easy, quick and painless. I would highly recommend this company for anything, they are professional, forward thinking and highly motivated. It was a pleasure working with them

The King Team handled our sale with courtesy and professionalism. They were very responsive to all our needs and requests. We highly recommend King Team for all your real estate needs.

These girls are Great ! I highly recommend them.

It was a stressful experience having to sell my parents condo. The king team made it easy. From start to finish they were by my side, helping me prepare the condo for sale and then they worked their magic in finding a buyer. I highly recommend them. You’ll be amazed at the support they will give you in selling your home.

The King Team in one word is Amazing! Their professionalism was the Best as compared to other agents! In the face of a difficult market they both persevered to make this sale happen. Both Ana and Gida have the expertise in their field to work with both sellers and buyers to close the deal. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property!

Ana and Gida are well known in the sale of Gleneagles real estate for good reason. They are capable, dedicated, successful, knowledgeable and well connected in the real estate world and in the communities they serve. In the current poor market, they were able to get our property sold when we worried that we would need to invest significantly in upgrades in order to attain a sale. We live in the Orlando area, so we depended on Ana and Gida completely to find a buyer for a condo that came to us as a result of a death in the family. They worked together very well, completely on their own, with many showings. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the unit and prevalent market slow down (virtually nothing was selling), we had to settle for a lower price than we would have hoped for. But given the ongoing carrying costs and stress we were feeling about all the money and time we would need to expend to bring it up to current market standards, (time that we didn’t have), they understood that the best result would be an investor sale. Being well connected, they found us a known investor and we consummated a sale in 4 weeks with no inspection, great deposit and a stress free closing process. We are very happy and now condo-free, thanks to Ana and Gida.

Had a great experience using the King Team for both selling and purchasing another property in Gleneagles. They were very patient and flexible, kept me updated at every step of the process. What I appreciated the most is how they would go above and beyond what is expected of a real estate broker from advising us of what is the best approach in a changing real estate market and also having great creativity in ultimately giving us what we wanted from both transactions and thinking outside the box. I highly recommend Ana and Gida as they are a great team that complement each other and also have a great understanding the market.
