Ana was amazing! I reached out a year before listing my townhome and from the beginning Ana was very helpful. She provided me with all the information I needed to help in the process and when I was finally ready to list she was there! After listing the buyers wanted a few fixes and Ana provided contacts and even her own help to get things fixed. As a single mom she really made this process smooth as possible! I don’t know how anyone goes through the buying/selling process without an agent. I am super thankful for Ana!
Ana was amazing! I reached out to her last year when I was in the beginning stages of being ready to sell my townhome. She came by and provided some great information. Ultimately I ended up deciding to wait until beginning of this year when I found a property I was interested in. When I reached out she was so quick to help get me going on putting an offer and helping me figure out the next steps. I didn't end up getting the home but we moved forward in selling my townhome to help set me up for when I found another home. She was professional and really made the process so easy. We enjoyed working with Ana, at one point it felt like we would never find the right home, but she was patient with us and kept looking at houses with us until we found the one. My husband and I work long hrs and she adjusted her schedule to work with ours. She always made me feel like my questions and concerns were valid no matter how big or small. I liked that she was one step ahead of us when it came to negotiating with the sellers. We would make a suggestion just to find out she had already done it. We would definitely work with Ana again in the future.
