Ana goes above and beyond a realtor’s typical duties. I have moved many times and in many countries and I’ve never had a realtor like Ana. She helped me with many other logistical tasks involved with moving, outside of simply selling my home. She helped me find the perfect buyer for my home extremely quickly. She is extremely professional, has excellent communication, and the best at what she does. Ana explained every step of the home selling process to me so I was involved with the entire process. She was there for the inspection and appraisal when I could not be. She even offered to help me pack my things when I did not have help. Ana is much more than just a realtor, she is a kind and caring friend who is also great at what she does. Would definitely recommend!

As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was supposed to do or ask. My boyfriend scheduled a home tour via Zillow that was re-routed to Ana. The minute we met Ana we knew we wanted her to be our realtor! She was so knowledgeable about the property, the area, and the "issues" that had deterred other homebuyers. When it came time to make an offer, Ana's expertise and negotiation skills were unparalleled. Not only did she manage to get us into a home that had been previously under contract TWICE, but she did so in record time (and in the midst of a pandemic). Our mortgage broker commented this had been the smoothest transaction he'd ever worked on. Buying your first home can be a very scary process, but I was fortunate enough to have Ana by my side. She answered all my questions (and there were many), calmed my first-time homebuyer jitters, and held my hand throughout the entire process. It's also worth mentioning that she did all this through Facetime because I purchased the home while living in another state. Ana is nothing short of a wonder woman!

5 stars truly does not do Ana justice. She has represented me in both buying and selling my personal residences and also been an invaluable part of my real estate investment team! Ana Gonzalez is a fantastic realtor and true professional. She was the listing agent to sell my house which was being rented and was occupied with tenants. I don’t live in the area and she helped to identify some key issues with the house and hired people from her network to address those issues like an expert property manager. She determined a great list price and generated a lot of interest by hiring a professional photographer to take high quality pictures, including drone shots. She conducted showings while accommodating some difficult COVID restrictions that were required by the tenants. In the end she sold my house at full asking price. Ana has a great disposition, she was always pleasant even when dealing with issues from people who made the sale more complicated than necessary. I could not be happier with the service she provided.
