Meant to be...

Not only did we have a wish list for our first home, but also for a realtor. My partner and I met Ana at an open house she was hosting and were drawn to her warm energy, sunny disposition and sense of humor. Humor was key as we both grew up in large families where the sound of laughter echoed through our homes. We walked out saying to each other, "we found our realtor". The next day we met up with the rest of Team Forest...her husband Pascal and son Adam. We struck gold as we realized how fortunate we were to work with a team which meant triple the expertise. When reflecting on the entire process, we realize how, dare I say, easy it was (don't get me wrong, we had moments of doubt and thought, should we really do this?). Team Forest was always available to listen (sometimes to my whining) and answer questions I may have asked 10 times. They provided amazing insight to our preferred neighborhoods and market trends, educated us on all things structural, how to read an inspection report, environmental concerns, etc...the list goes on! Most importantly, there was trust. Ana and Pascal spoke to us with transparency and though there may have been realities we didn't want to hear, we knew it came from a place of care. That was an added bonus. They continue to answer any and all questions as we navigate such an important milestone. We feel very blessed to have crossed paths with Ana. The stars were perfectly aligned as it was clearly meant to be.
