The buyer wanted to close the price deal with me, terry f schaaf,,,,that is common among buyers when they think they will get a better deal from the seller, me,::: terry f schaaf....i do not mind closing the money price of the property with the buyer as i have years of being a closer, maybe 50 years....The buyer came out to the property and i closed the price deal with the gentleman ....WHAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IS THE 500.00 THAT WAS ADDED TO MY CLOSING DUE TO BOSSHARDT PEOPLE NOT HAVING ME, AND WIFE SIGN THE PAPERS WHEN WE WERE AT YOUR OFFICE SIGNING PAPERS.
