The sale of this particular house was not an easy task but Amy went above & beyond and got it done.

Amy guided me through the entire process starting with the eviction of a tenant that was not paying rent when the house went on the Market. The house was under contract 3 times with each one posing difficulties. Amy goes above and beyond what she has to do as a realtor and does whatever she can to help. She was able to keep me grounded and positive even when I was ready to throw in the towel. I cannot stress enough what a life saver she was when it came to my sanity and difficult decisions.
