We almost got outbid but Amy advised us well on our bid and other possibilities for our purchase. She was persistent, but respectful and kept our homes high. In the end, our bid was accepted, and Amy guided us on our next steps. We were not sure we were going to find our home, in this market and the financial options we had, but Amy helped us make it possible. She also helped us lower our purchase price after getting the house inspected, which was very valuable and helpful for us to make future renovations. Amy provided us with numerous resources during the home buying process, and for setting up our home (trash pickup options and more) and contact numbers for future renovations. We continue to reach out to Amy when we need some advice or handyman contacts and she is always happy and willing to share her knowledge and expertise with us.
