I bought my very first home with Amy 12 years ago and I loved her immediately. I lost that home in the 2020 tornado. I chose to rebuild and sell the home because having severe ptsd, I couldn't return to the property. I couldn't go inside my new home being built. Amy became my eyes, ears and voice through it all. She visited the property often, found major repairs that had been overlooked and stayed detailed until the house sold. The sell was super fast and easy. I was extremely thankful I had her. Amy is an exceptional realtor. She did some very skillfull market research for me and helped me find an optimal offer price. She proposed a sales plan that was very successful and resulted in a sales price 5% above the asking price. Amy is an excellent communicator and responded to all of my texts and emails immediately. She was always available at any hour of the day. She did the research on HOA requirements and other closing requirements that resulted in an extremely easy close with zero issues. She managed the showings in a way that caused minimal disruption to my daily life, and always made sure that the viewing times were compatible with my schedule. She conducted some difficult negotiations with an initial buyer who backed out of the deal, and got the house back on the market very quickly. She obtained backup offers during this time and I never had to show the house again. She also has an easygoing communication style that made the whole experience painless. She has an excellent sense of humor and I valued that a lot, it removed stress from an always stressful process. I recommend Amy enthusiastically.
Amy always maintained excellent communication with me. I was in a very difficult situation and had to do the move entirely by myself and take care of my husband with dementia. She stepped in to help me more than once and took care of some difficult situations. I don't think I could have done it all without her.
