Amy initially helped me purchase a new home, she was quick to see and resolve potential issues, and helped me successfully acquire my happy place. More importantly, Amy then worked above and beyond to help me clear and clean the house I was selling after being there for 20 years. We had a fair amount of communication with the buyer and their agent ahead of settlement and Amy handled it with expertise so that myself as the seller and the buyer via their agent were happy. Leaving the house I sold was an emotional experience for me, Amy respected that and safe to say she understood the assignment (in other words what help I needed that I didn’t even know I needed!) I am grateful!
