My husband and I purchased a river front lot in Chelan County for our future dream home. Amy was more than amazing during this process. She was calling the county to obtain setback & flood information, she helped us figure out where our building envelope would be. We have potential for a dock and she helped with obtaining all info and requirements to start that process. She knows her way around the county to get the information that was needed to make the purchase. I had full confidence in her skills and experience with raw land. Amy was a rock star helping me sell my home and simultaneously buy a new one in this crazy housing market! She continuously went above and beyond to help me get my new home and I am so, so grateful that she was my agent. I had a tight deadline I was working with and she was professional, confident, and absolutely dedicated to making sure that my house sold for what I wanted (ended up selling above what I thought I would get!). Right off the bat she helped me see what I could do to improve the value of my home, helped me work out a game plan, and she brought out a professional photographer that helped put my house in steller light on the market! I had an offer accepted over list price within a few days of my home being on the market! Immediately I began looking at buying a new home, and I wanted to try to have them close simultaneously. Amy was so helpful in helping me look at homes in my budget and interest range. Homes were flying off the market left and right and I worried I might not find one in time, but Amy was confident and dedicated, and even went and scoped out homes fresh on the market, sending me videos if I couldn't meet her while I was at work. I was so thankful and within no time I found the perfect house and she helped me write up an offer that was accepted! My previous house that I had bought I worked with a different agent, and the second I got my offer accepted they stepped away and allowed assistants to help me the rest of the way, but Amy was there ever step through closing, and (even after the house closed and we couldn't get my darn cat from the old house!) Needless to say I couldn't recommend her enough and will always be referring her to friends and family.
