I can't imagine a better realtor than Amy. Our house was a disaster when we first met with her; she personally(!) cleaned it (Parts were a pigsty), sanded and repaired some flooring, replaced other flooring, got rid of huge amounts of accumulated junk and sent it to places where each kind could be reused or repurposed, got utility people to fix all the wiring. got a Hazmat contingent to clean out the many stinking carcasses from a difficult-to-access basement, and then ultimately staged the house in a way that showed off every positive aspect. And kept in touch with us about the progress. The house sold for more than we had expected. Extraordinary!!!

Amy was always quick to answer all our questions, she advertised our house to the ultimate degree and got us amazing buyers and a perfect timeline for selling the house. It's a scary time to be buying a home but having a great agent curbs some anxiety! Amy is very experienced with the Cape market and has a great support team in place (if you need it) to get you over the finish line. She is very good about finding all the positive aspects of a property and helps you see homes with a practical eye. If you are new to the Cape, she's your girl. My husband and I have planned to retire on the Cape for over 20 years. We were there in September for a long weekend. We saw a listing that caught our eye and decided to take a look. Amy happened to be the one to show it and our relationship with this wonderful realtor began. We really liked the townhouse she showed us but there was no way we could sell our house and close there in two months. We just closed on our property two days ago and look forward to retirement on the Cape.
