Amy’s knowledge of the area and local contacts far exceeded our expectations. She has been a great guide over the past 7 years through the journey of finding a home in the Healdsburg area. She has very patiently guided us through the home buying process from reviewing inspection reports, evaluating neighborhoods and submitting offers. When we found a house, we were interested in Amy was able to put together detailed offers for us very quickly and notified us for review when she was ready to submit them. Amy had a calming voice when our best offers for a few houses were not accepted. She would calmy tell us that “Well it wasn’t meant to be”. Since we started working with Amy in 2019, we must have looked at over 40 houses in the Santa Rosa, Windsor and Healdsburg areas. When we found the home we purchased, Amy was able to put together the offer in less than a day. We could not be happier with Amy or the home we purchased.
