My brother and I hired Amy to sell our mother's house after her health declined suddenly and severely. There were numerous obstacles and deadlines we ended up having to meet, but Amy helped us work through everything in a quick, efficient, and very friendly manner. She kept us constantly updated so nothing was a surprise, and ended up selling the house quickly. Amy handled everything so we were able to concentrate on the other events which were simultaneously occurring. She couldn't have been more helpful, sympathetic, and understanding. There was no confusion regarding the transactions with contractors and cleaning agencies. If I had more real estate transactions in the future, I would not hesitate at all to hire Amy again.
