I really needed help with selling my mom's home, especially since I lived outside the area. It was critical for me to find somebody I could truly trust and someone with the experience and expertise to know exactly what needed to be fixed or updated without wasting money. Amy was incredibly well connected with different contractors and people who could assist every step along the way. Amy went above and beyond with planning and coordinating repairs/installs, putting together the marketing and lining up staging as well as photographer. When the listing went live, the house was perfect and drew tons of attention. That same weekend we had the multiple offers on the home. Simply put, Amy's the best!
