The first time we called Amy, we were in a bit of a panic about the value of our property. Felt like we needed to sell soon to get the most out of it. She counseled us to not do anything out of fear. We held off for two more years. We then contacted Amy when I accepted a position across country and were truly needing to sell the house. She could not have been more right! Amy is professional, knowledgable, down-to-earth, and fast to respond. She took care and helped us prepare for potential issues and had great suggestions for preparing our home to sell. Although we know she was busy, we felt like we were her top priority. She took the stress off of us moving across the country. She always let us do the deciding. We absolutly trust her expertise and she led through a fantastic experience. We listed on a Thursday and had $$ in the bank in 12 days. Unbelievable deal. We love you Amy!!
