Searching for the perfect second home in the Charleston area while living in FL during a worldwide pandemic was not easy but Amy Templeton and Carolina One made our search a breeze! We spent many months in pursuit of the perfect porch and Amy’s extensive knowledge of the Charleston area helped narrow our search and pinpoint the various neighborhoods that met our requirements. Amy also provided us daily updates of available properties and went out of her way to video properties we were interested in to save us from making multiple trips to Charleston.
