This is the second time I have used Amy in the last two years. The first time was to buy my home and the second was to sell that same one as I recently got married and we didn't need two houses! She worked so hard to ensure that I was happy with the selling price and to get me the price I wanted when it came time to negotiate. She had professional photos taken and went above and beyond to address the small details when showing the home such as putting dish towels and the dish sponge away. I could not be happier with the services she provided and should I ever need to buy or sell another home, I will for sure call on her again. Since I have used her to both buy and sell a home, I can honestly say you will not be sorry if you hire Amy to help buy or sell your home.
