My wife Sarah and I recently had the pleasure of working with Amy on our second real estate transaction with her involvement. I spent over 15 years in the mortgage business and have a ton of experience working with realtors, Amy is not the typical realtor. She never once settled, she continued to fight for us and protect outr interest the entire way through the process. I don’t think any amount of writing can describe how amazing Amy is! She was so patient with my husband and I while going through this entire process. In the middle of house hunting, I unexpectedly lost my dad and it was such a horrible and unexplainable time for me and we decided to put our house hunt on hold. I felt so bad and like we wasted her time, and Amy reassured me over and over that we could never waste her time or be of any inconvenience to her, that she was there for us. She was so understanding and continued to be there for me, just checking in on me and how I was doing and handling things. Then when we were ready to start looking again she started helping us again without question. She really wanted to help us get into a first new home and you could tell she really just cared about us as people not just clients. Any questions I had she gladly answered without hesitation. This is our first time buying a house so a lot of times I felt stupid or like my questions were dumb but she never made us feel that way, she always answered any and every question I had and was thorough with the answers as well. She was so good with communication and never took long to answer or get back to us. I absolutely recommend her and would definitely use her in the future if we ever need a realtor again! We have been with 3 other realtors before working with Amy. Its either they were too pushy, didnt know what we want, or was just there to show houses. Amy was very patient, involved, knows what we wanted and didnt waste their time. In fact, I feel like we wasted more of her time. But she is very helpful, she assisted us even with the lender that gave us a better package than what we were getting from others. Very fortunate she was in our team throughout the process.
