Amy is the best! I believe that buyers need to be realistic in their wants/desires so that they can give realistic input to the realtor.  It saves both sides a good amount of time.  I knew what I wanted and Amy provided listings that were on the mark for what I wanted and other listings that I should at least see or that were just outside my desired area.  I liked her approach because I new I wouldn’t have buyers remorse after my home purchase.  She’s very thorough. Ultimately I chose a home and later that night I told her that I had made my decision.  What I didn’t expect was for her to contact the listing agent that same night to present my offer.  Thankfully she did so because early the next morning another couple chose to make a bid on the same home.  Her diligence paid off for me and I got the home of my dreams.  I am grateful for her going the extra mile.
