I knew upon meeting that Amy would be a great fit for us. We appreciated her local knowledge and candor. She was responsive, always game to visit a property, and would frequently collate information from multiple sources (e.g. loan officer, sellers) to answer any question we had. She enthusiastically applied her critical eye to each property, pointing out issues and concerns. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
