We had a pleasant and productive time working with Amy. Our experience was unusual in that we are from Missouri, on a house hunting trip for two weeks in the Spring, 2025. We came armed with a few homes we gathered from online sources that we wanted to see. During this period, Amy learned our wants and desires. Based on her understanding of that, she found more homes to look at. We returned in the Fall, 2025 when Amy showed us over 30 homes that fit within our needs. We found a home and bought it. This is where Amy really went above and beyond the normal process. We returned to our home in Missouri and Amy was our local eyes and ears. She coordinated all the things a local buyer would handle. She dealt with the inspections, VA loan application, title company paperwork, etc. We communicated with her almost daily during time between purchase and close of escrow. She even met with my brother-in-law (a local) to do the final walkthru. Amy made our complex home buying situation much easier because of her determination to do whatever it took to get the job done.
