For me, I had never had a realtor set a deadline that both the offer and the proof of funds were due and I really appreciated that I would know by that date and time if my home was sold and it was!! As I had to close a day early due to moving to another town, Amy came for my closing and also came back the next day for the actual closing. It meant ALOT to me that she was there for me all the way.
