My husband and I were looking for a place where we can have a little more room. Our old home had become overwhelmingly small and we had outgrown it. We started looking but decided we didn’t want anything too big either. We started looking and found Amy Schneider. We had asked her to see a house we found on the internet. We went to the place of meet and immediately notice her professionalism. She explained the process and asked what we were interested in and our price range. She told us she would make a list of houses that were for sale and separate the date so we would make an appointment to come and go through a journey. Little did we know that this journey would come with an adventure that would one day lead us to our beautiful forever home. Amy was patient and work as if she were looking for a house for herself. Asked the questions that would just escape our minds and we actually needed to know for our own future knowledge. This experience was fun and made it so much easier for us to know what we really wanted in the end. When the day came to see our future home Amy knew this one was it because she already knew our taste and dislikes. We felt like she was shopping for us with the best intentions. When the house came about, she then walked us through the process of what we needed to prepare for the closing. Once all the paperwork was done, the bank process, the achievements of getting the loan, because that to us was an achievement. To get all the approvals, meetings, inspections…etc. these were things that she helped with that I felt all the support as if I was literally her family. Someone who just wanted what was best for us. She made this time in our lives and unforgettable one. If anyone has the opportunity to work with Amy, to give her the chance to work with you in looking for your new forever home you’ll see that she gives it her all. We owe her for making this decision an easy one, and making it so much fun while doing it. We appreciate all she has done!
