When my wife I decided to make a move cross country and list our condo for sale, we did not realize how much more difficult selling can be from buying. We had purchased our first home less than 2 years ago and were moving from it for a different job. Not only did the quick turnover make a potential sale more risky, a long arduous process created by our neighbors made selling even more of a headache. That is, it would have been if it weren't for Amy who took the reigns and not only get our unit sold, but got it sold almost exactly at our original asking price, all while we were no longer in the state and more than 2000 miles away. But for Amy, going above and beyond is nothing out of the norm for her. We observed her attitude with other clients during various phone calls as well as with the buying agent, and to call it exemplary would be an understatement. Ensuring that every question and concern is thoughtfully listened and responded to in a quick manner is what she is all about. The thing we are most upset about from the whole transaction, is our inability to utilize her services to purchase our next house in our new state. I would recommend her work to all!
Great experience! Amy provided the knowledgeable input that saved us unnecessary expenditures in prepping our property for the market. As a result we realized a substantial increase in profits.
