They understood from the beginning (but little did we realize!) that this process would be an emotional one and a bonding experience - during the past five months they got to know me, my wife, my mother-in-law, and my children, and we got to know them. We are now lifelong friends. We were contingent buyers with specific needs (moving in together with an in-law) in a sellers' market. Beyond Amy being professional she adds invaluable assets to her job. Her warmth, her understanding of clients needs and most of all her attentiveness.
