We found Amy to be an excellent realtor. Amy Rogus is pleasantly cheerful, and communicates very well. Her charming, down to earth personality makes people feel at ease. She was very tolerant of our sometimes demanding and impatient ways. Amy was very diplomatic about informing us of how real-estate negotiating goes sometimes, and calmed our ruffled feathers. She enthusiastically does her research and can present her findings in an intelligent, but easy to understand way. We were anti-realtors before Amy, and that's why we chose to sell our house "by owner" on Zillow, but in the process of choosing our new home we found Amy to be a valuable asset and will contact her if we ever need to buy or sell real-estate again.
