First off we spent several weeks updating, painting, cleaning and getting ready for a realtor to come losok at the property. People always thinking it takes too long to go thru a realtor to get your property sold. Amy just took it and within just a few days people were wanting to see the property. So from time Amy listed it and they took pictures and put out there to view, the time flew and within 3 months we were closing. I speak highly for Amy as she knows her business and can get your property out there and then next thing you know it is SOLD. Wonderful and her office crew is spectacular....
