I will start by saying that as much as someone can be, Amy is like a part of our family. She has sold 3 homes for us, helped us purchase 2 homes, and is a constant source of guidance and information. I have been in the insurance business for 20 years and understand what it means to care for your clients. Amy takes that idea to the next level. The sale and purchase of a home is such a huge deal for a family (we are a family of 5) and it is just hard to explain what it means to have someone that is not just an advocate, but someone who’s knowledge gives you comfort and her personality actually helps calm the chaos of moving. Amy has a profound knowledge of the market, incredible negotiating skills and a genuine concern for her clients. If you are considering purchasing or selling a home, you should immediately call her. There were two challenges for the sale of our Jax Beach rental properties in early 2020; the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact we live in San Diego. Amy was awesome and a pleasure to work with. She was always one step ahead of the process. She coordinated showings with our tenants, proactively offered her local resources for repairs and offered excellent negotiations advice. We were in escrow in less than three weeks after listing on both properties because of her efforts. I can't imagine a better experience.
