I cannot convey the depths of our appreciation for Amy as our realtor when buying our home. Her knowledge of the industry, inexhaustible persistence in working for her clients, dogged pursuit of answers when they seem to be impossible to find, and her attention to detail are second to none. We had absolutely the most stressful home buying process imaginable (truly, every realtor and broker involved in the process on both ends had never seen such a disaster [which had nothing to do with Amy and everything to do with our buyers' lender in our old state]) and Amy navigated us through that very tricky real estate deal with knowledge, patience, and expertise. We've bought many homes in the past and used a different realtor each time, most of them highly competent, and still Amy blew them out of the water! We will never use anyone else! She was highly responsive and a great communicator - we always knew what was going on, what to look for in the near future, and also what to anticipate a little further in the future. Other realtors might get the job done, but Amy will make the process so much easier on you and she'll make sure no money is left on the table that could otherwise be in your pocket. You can't go wrong with Amy!

I contacted Amy Petrucci in search of buying my first home, and relocating from out of state. I cannot say enough about Amy’s level of expertise, professionalism and responsiveness in my home buying process. Amy was able to schedule viewings for all of my potential listings on the same day, so I could view all homes on the weekend and return to a stringent work schedule. Once we decided on a home Amy clearly walked me through each step of the negotiation process, potential repairs, and inspections. I encountered major trouble with my lender not meeting my closing deadline, but Amy was able to professionally communicate the issue’s to the seller, and renegotiated several extended closing dates (and saved me from losing the home). Amy’s communication throughout the entire process was unparalleled, and she happily answered my (million) first time home buyer questions. Amy made what would have been an extremely stressful process seamless, and she is the reason I’m in my dream home. Amy is a true expert of her craft, and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
