It was very important to have someone to handle the sale of our parent's home who we could trust and who would communicate on a regular basis. We interviewed several realtors from different firms. Amy impressed us with her ideas for marketing, staging, and suggestions on what work needed to be done to sell the house. She was honest with how to price it and how to highlight the home's special features to attract the right buyers. Amy was very professional and caring. She kept a close watch on what we needed to do to get to closing. We felt like we were working with a friend. She has a great support team, marketed the house in newspapers and social media, conducted several open houses, and held our hand through to close.
