Amy helped the reviewer sell this property

Truly cares about finding the right home for you.

I LOVE Amy. I met her through my lending agent and am so pleased I did. She is professional and so knowledgeable about the past and current market. She does her research and makes smart decisions. Before looking at any homes, Amy learned about me. She found out what I loved and didn’t like about my home I was selling, what type of home I was looking for, what I absolutely could and couldn’t live without, and of course my budget. Amy sold my house in a weekend and for a much better price than listed. I was looking for a house during the craziness of the market where houses were going for tens of thousands over asking price, folks were waiving inspections, paying appraisal gaps for ridiculous amounts of money, and the average person’s offer was getting rejected 25 times before being accepted. Amy was so supportive when we were not having our offers accepted (I got mine on #14). She came up with new ideas to make our offers stronger. She was so good about letting me know if there was a house we were looking at that had issues and was not a smart investment. In the end we found a great house for my family and me that was worth what I paid. I have recommended Amy to individuals I know are looking for a place and I will recommend Amy in the future.
