OMGoodness! Amy Nieman is a fantastic realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house! Amy is honest and forthright on what a seller needs to do before putting their house on the market. Not stopping there, she provides recommendations of people/places to help you reach your goals, e.g. painting, roofing, drywall, cleaning, etc. I don't know how I could have accomplished these things without her! Amy was a fantastic help to us as we transitioned into Woodland Park. She brings a comprehensive knowledge of the community and surrounding towns. Amy sought out, challenged, prioritized and inspired us to focus on what we desired in a mountain home and showed us how our refined list could apply to this wonderful mountain community. Once we found a home, Amy was a persistent and dedicated advocate as we moved through the contracting and purchase process. Her communication was consistent and her cadence was perfect such that we never felt pestered and never out of touch. Throughout the tedious process of getting to closing Amy was reassuring and measured; which is critical when purchasing from a distance!

Our home sold relatively fast, due to Amy's excellent knowledge of the local market and how to correctly price the house and the land together. Also, when the "chips were down" and the buyers wanted us out of the home quickly, Amy was there for us with her pick up truck (taking items to Goodwill and the dump) and willingness to get literally dirty, sweeping out our shed and other tough chore manual labor. She even spent her own money hiring a maid to clean up our home. Amy is very easy to work with and is straight and honest, not promising the seller "the moon" when a much more realistic assessment is needed to get your home sold.
