A Perfect South Carolina Introduction

In April 2024, my wife and I traveled to the North Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina from the Hudson Valley of New York to seek out possible areas for retirement. My wife had made the first contact with Amy Moss as a potential realtor for this community. From the outset of our first meeting, Amy was tops and well prepared for our home research. Our April 2024 was very brief. Basically 2 1/2 days to the Myrtle Beach area, but Amy assured us that she would be diligent in providing follow-up correspondence and home/community selections for our review and future discussions for what would be our potential Summer 2024 return to the North Myrtle Beach area. Amy provided ample weekly and sometimes daily selections of homes that she thought might meet our housing and community search criteria. Upon the return by us to North Myrtle Beach in August 2024, Amy was ready and available to spent ample time and effort to make our home search easy and enjoyable. Amy provided wonderful insights into the local flavor of the areas in and around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Amy also took the lead in the introductory phase to local developers and their housing communities and what might be the perfect community for our future retirement planning. For us, this was a process of spec built ready to move in homes versus homes still to be built. With Amy's assistance and patience, our search was narrowed down to 3 communities. After much discussions that my wife and I had about the choices Amy had presented, we selected the Del Webb North Myrtle Beach location. Amy was present and available as we embarked on a new home build process and provided us with the long distance oversight and updates of our new home that was under construction. She was there for my on site construction inspection and our eventual home closing. Overall, Amy Moss provided outstanding and personable realtor services for what has become our new and hopefully forever home here in North Myrtle Beach.
