Amy came recommended to me by a friend and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had with a realtor. There is absolutely no one like her around. Amy is not only talented and knowledgeable in the field, but from the start she feels like a close friend who genuinely cares about your happiness and fulfilling whatever it is that you set out to accomplish in your real estate dream. She is down to earth, kind, and looks out for your best interest. She is everything you could want in an agent: smart, honest, involved, compassionate. I will never sell or buy a house in South Florida without her and will happily recommend her to everyone I know!!! :)

Amy Morin has been my agent for two home purchases and one sale. She is very knowledgeable of the Broward county housing market, and has a lot of experience in both buying and selling contracts. For my first home purchase, we toured nearly 30 homes. She was patient with my desire to find the right place, and once we found it was instrumental in negotiating the sale price and walking me through the process as a first time buyer. A few years later I found a house I was interested in, but it was under contract before we had a chance to get a tour. She kept in contact with the seller's agent and notified me immediately when the contract fell through due to COVID. We jumped on it and were under contract soon after. There were a lot of headaches with the mortgage approval process due to COVID, but thanks to Amy's persistence, we achieved loan approval and were able to close on the new house! When I was ready to sell my first house, Amy and her team came for a walkthrough to suggest how to de-clutter and stage to make it more appealing to buyers. Her listing process was very quick once I had the house ready. We had a surprising amount of interest, many people came to view the property, and we were under contract within two weeks! Amy is very good at getting a feel for the personality of her customer's and adapting her style to match their comfort. I prefer to be involved in everything and she kept me informed of all communication with the other parties. She would also make a great agent for someone who prefers to be hand's off, as her years of experience in the real estate market make her well qualified to carry along the buying/selling process.

Working with Amy was wonderful! When we relocated to South Florida, she helped us find our home in Weston. So, when it was time to move on we contacted her to list and sell our home. We had multiple offers in the first 10 days! Amy advocated for a fair market offer, and guided us through the entire process, effectively managing the buyer’s agent as well. Would definitely recommend Amy for your home search or sell needs!

Amy was absolutely amazing. The entire process was new to me and I initially felt uncomfortable beginning the process. Amy made me comfortable. She helped to simplify the process for me and went above and beyond to make sure all documents were completed and submitted timely. She also assisted me in completing the documents. I can't imagine going through this process without her as she was with me to the very last second. Afterwards she gave me a thoughtful card and gracious/beautiful housewarming present that she didn't have to. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that I highly recommend her!

Amy is very knowable about current real estate market and handled our sale with professionalism and courtesy and kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend her and her company.
